Microsoft “Planetary Computer” (2020-2022)
Program Director and Principal Scientist
- Directed the creation and rollout of Microsoft’s Planetary Computer, including strategy, hiring the engineering team, external relationships, budgeting, and day-to-day operations.
- Directed the scheduled sunsetting of “AI for Earth”, a $50MM+ Microsoft program that aimed to change the way people and organizations monitor, model, and manage Earth’s natural systems.
Satellogic (2017-2019)
- Was responsible for strategy and projects related to high-resolution multi and hyper-spectral imaging Earth Observation Satellites and advanced data analytics for social and environmental outcomes.
- Currently an investor and advisor.
